In 2026, the LATAM Excellence Cup continues to stand out as an initiative that covers all of Latin America, involving all OU LatAm bottlers in the Coca-Cola System.

Following the structure implemented last year, the 62 participants in the competition will be segmented into three main clusters:

This year, we will maintain our focus on what really matters to the system: the simplicity and relevance of KPIs, considering the company's official bases. These will include both indicators already established in previous years and new criteria designed to reflect the priorities for 2026.
