A new year begins in the LATAM Excellence Cup!
In 2025, the LATAM Excellence Cup continues to be a Latin America-wide initiative, involving all OU LatAm Bottlers in the Coca-Cola System.
Following the structure implemented last year, the 60 participants in the competition will be segmented into three key clusters:
> 150 MMUC
< 150 MMUC
Without Value Share Data
This year, we will remain focused on what truly matters to the system: the simplicity and relevance of KPIs. These will include both previously established indicators and new criteria designed to reflect 2025’s priorities. It is worth noting that for this new year, 75% of the factors will be loaded from official Coca Cola sources.
