Recapping the highlights of previous years' Meeting Points as we prepare for the 2024 meetings.

As we prepare for the 2024 agendas, let's recap the main highlights of these meetings to keep pushing our community towards excellence.


2022

In 2022, we held the first Meeting Point of the Excellence Cup community, followed by the second meeting. In 2023, the entire Cup Collective Genius met again, now on four memorable occasions, to promote the “lift & shift” of success cases and good practices.

More than 300 people took part in the 2 Meeting Points that took place in 2022, where the proposed themes were:


  • DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION AT THE CUP

The 2022 business strategy designed the Make a Difference pillar, where the Diversity and Inclusion metric was allocated. With the aim of bringing clarity to the subject, Gabriela Herrerias, Director of D&I Latam, was invited to talk about Coca-Cola's initiatives and comment on the winning cases of the previous year's metrics on the same subject.

As a result, Solar Brasil, Femsa Colombia and Femsa Guatemala presented successful cases from their operations and Gabriela Herrerias left with an important message:




  • MARKET SHARE AT THE CUP

After the success of the first Meeting Point, Andina Brasil and Colima México were invited to share their success cases on the subject of Market Share, which was allocated within the Growth pillar, and so the format of the event was consolidated for the following year.

The Bottlers invited presented a sustainable result in terms of NARTD Value Share, maintaining continuous growth month on month, and hearing about the strategies worked on to maintain this stability was very enriching.



2023

With the participation of a total of 550 people and a total of 8 hours of high-impact meetings, these gatherings were true moments of inspiration and learning.

  • REFILLABLES AT THE CUP

In June, with the participation of 140 people, the meeting that discussed
REFILLABLES strategies, allocated within the 2023 strategic pillar of Customer Partnerships, featured the participation of Arca Ecuador and Bepensa Mexico sharing their success stories on the subject.

  • A RECIPE TO WIN

In October, it was the turn of another 160 people to get to know A RECIPE TO WIN and to honor the winners of the 2022 Excellence Cup: Femsa Argentina, winner of Tier 1, and Koscab Barbados, winner of Tier 2.

  • SINGLE SERVE AT THE CUP

In November, to present the strategies applied, the progress made and the lessons learned on the subject of SINGLE SERVE, also allocated within the 2023 strategic pillar of Customer Partnerships, the Cup Tower invited Arca Peru, Embol Bolivia, Sorocaba Brasil and Femsa Centroamérica to a meeting attended by 95 people.

  • CUP EVOLUTION 2024

And to close out the year, in December, the community gathered once again with the Coca-Cola team for CUP EVOLUTION 2024, the Meeting Point where the strategies designed for the 2024 edition of the Cup were unveiled along with the main changes and highlights so that the quest for excellence continues to grow.


2024

From north to south and east to west, all over Latin America, Meeting Points' main mission is to deepen knowledge and, as an added bonus, promote valuable connections.
