First Meeting Point of the 2025 Excellence Cup brings together more than 100 participants.
The first Meeting Point of the 2025 Excellence Cup took place on Wednesday, June 25th, with the participation of more than 100 people connected to follow important news. The meeting marked a new phase in the Cup's journey and brought strategic updates to further accelerate the performance of the participating Bottlers.
One of the highlights was the presentation of Allan Abreu as the new person responsible for the Excellence Cup within Coca-Cola. He shared his vision and reinforced the commitment to operational excellence at each stage of the Cup.
In addition, Uberlandia Brazil showed the backstage of its achievement: the Bottler led the growth of stills in LATAM this year and revealed the numbers and actions that drove this result.
Another important moment was the presentation of the new version of the Playbook, which brings adjustments to metrics 3.3 (Net New Outlets) and 4.1 (Digital B2B) for greater alignment.

The Cup Scoring Simulator was also unveiled, an interactive tool where you can test different scenarios with your own inputs and compare them with the official results, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Finally, the Cup control tower team reinforced the use of the Combined Coverage Dashboard, which allows you to monitor the data used to calculate this metric at the Cup, giving Bottlers more transparency and analysis power.
