The third Meeting Point of the year brought us a new best practice and a preview of the 2026 Cup
The third Meeting Point of the 2025 Excellence Cup took place on Wednesday, October 22, where Femsa Argentina's NPS best practices and a preview of the 2026 Cup were presented.
During our meeting, we were able to go into detail about the strategies that Femsa Argentina implemented to become a benchmark in NPS and the lessons learned along the way.
At the same time, Allan Abreu, senior system engagement manager, gave us a preview of what the 2026 Latam Excellence Cup will be like. New metrics, updates on various factors, and changes in calculation methodologies. It is worth mentioning that next month we will send out the 2026 Playbook and the save the date for training with the experts.
