From idea to excellent execution: the three pillars of Femsa Colombia in Digital B2C

During the second Meeting Point of the Excellence Cup, the community was able to participate in the presentation of Femsa Colombia's best practices on Digital B2C.

The KO team and the bottler's marketing team showed us their strategies over the years to achieve these levels of excellence.

This path was designed on three main pillars:

  1. The first was execution of absolute excellence, because great ideas are worthless without flawless implementation.
  2. The second was the creation of collaborative relationships, because we understand that together we can go further.
  3. And finally, the third pillar was being a source of added value for their brand plans, ensuring that each action not only fulfilled an objective but also made the brand stronger.
