More than 100 people participated in the first Meeting Point of the year, where we learned about the success story of Uberlandia Brazil in the Stills category.

During the first Meeting Point of 2025, we were joined by the Stills team from Uberlandia Brazil, who presented the results they had achieved after so many years of focusing on this category and the strategies they had implemented to achieve them.

Based on and focusing on the unforgivable, they developed a plan with various strategies, such as training for the sales force and face-to-face events such as Execution Day.

One of the most important points highlighted in the presentation was the focus on out-of-stock management. Uberlandia Brazil started 2019 with 19% coverage and managed to close the year with 76% simply by focusing on the culture and charging the teams at this level.

To end the presentation, they gave us clear examples of activations such as samplings at the different points of sale and actions with local influencers such as João Akel with over 2 million followers and the Cozinha Travessa YouTube channel with over 88,000 followers.
